Pressure Washing
If you are needing other parts of your home, or office building, cleaned, other than your windows, we can also offer pressure washing services to you. Pressure washing is a great way to clean heavy dirt off of larger surfaces. This process can happen relatively quickly and is very efficient. Pressure washing works by using an air compressing machine to push pressurized are and water through a nozzle; creating a strong stream of water that blasts dirt away. Usually these nozzles can be adjusted to increase, or decrease, the pressure of the water that is coming out.
Siding The siding that is on your home, or commercial building, can be easily cleaned by means of pressure washing. However, this should always be performed by a professional, because if the stream of water is too intense, it can actually damage the siding you have. Our trained team of professionals knows exactly what setting to put the machine at, so that it will only wash, without hurting your siding material. Depending on the material you have your siding made out of: wood, metal or vinyl, we can adjust the flow of water to be stronger, or lighter, for proper dirt removal. Sidewalks Because sidewalks are, almost always, made out of concrete, they can withstand even the strongest blast from a pressure washer. Before we start, we will check for any cracking, or brittle pieces of sidewalk, that could splinter under the pressure of the washing. Once we clear the areas, we can get to work with making your sidewalks look new. In this process, we generally start with a lower pressure setting, seeing how much dirt we can remove at each setting. If the dirt on the sidewalk is more caked on, and harder to remove, we will incrementally increase the pressure until all of the dirt is completely removed. Porch/Deck If you have a porch, or deck, we can use a pressure washer for a few, different kind of things. If you are just looking to have a cleaning done, we can use a lighter setting on the pressure washer to make sure that your stain, paint and finish stay in tact, and that the dirt is simply lifted up and removed. However, if you are looking to repaint, or re-stain your deck, we can set the pressure setting higher; effectively stripping the wood of anything that has been painted on to it. This will take your deck, or porch, back to its original state. Roofs If your roof has not been cleaned in a while, it may be time for a deep cleaning. Moisture can cause organic matter to grow in, and beneath, your roofing tiles. This can damage your roofing, and cause future problems that are incredibly costly. To combat this, we can use a pressure washer to knock off any mold growth that you may have. At the same time, the pressure washer will loosen up the dirt, and help to bring your tiles back to a new state. |
